Extra Virgin Olive Oil Baste for a FABULOUS Thanksgiving Turkey!

- 1 cup chopped Italian parsley
- 1 cup chopped fresh sage
- 2 cups Mazzone Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Juice from 1 lemon
- Zest from 1 lemon
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 cloves garlic
Instructions:
Blend all the ingredients together in a blender until smooth. Use mixture to baste turkey.
This marinade can also be used for chicken, fish, and beef. It can be prepared and kept in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
